John has been with NIC for over 40 years’ and has extensive experience in the cleaning industry. His drive and enthusiasm has taken the company from a small operation to the successful national business it is today.
John has been in senior management since 1980 with a background in sales, training and development. He joined NIC in 2004 bringing with him a wealth of industry experience.
Group Finance Director
Simon is CIMA Qualified and is also a certified member of the Institute of Directors. Having worked in both the service and manufacturing industries, Simon has a broad depth of financial experience. Simon joined NIC in 1998 and was appointed to the Board in 2006.
Main Board Director
Ken has 38 years’ experience in the Facilities Management industry. He has a very strong retail background and vast knowledge of other sectors, including leisure and education. He joined NIC in 2005 and was promoted to National Operations Director in 2007. Ken became a main board director in 2017.
Paul has over 27 years of industry experience. He has sold in excess of £600 Million of soft service accounts during that time. He is widely considered to be a leading innovator in the business, and his approach to innovation has proved to be ground-breaking and revolutionary and a vital part of his success.
Paul has been involved in the Facilities Management sector for over 30 years. Initially starting his career in catering and then working through to cleaning then onto Total Facilities Management. Paul has provided some of the UK’s largest manufacturing companies and UK retailers with Facility Management solutions ranging from cleaning, security, M&E and total facilities management and was a Director of one of the country’s largest supplier of cleaning services to the Retail sector.
